I don't know why you expected the Admiral to have time for you, but let me notify you of something: We're fighting a war, and Sakuma-kakka is far from being available to people just introducing themselves and then immediately following their introduction with a request.

I will furthermore overlook the fact that this kind of request is usually handled by the supply division, since I do have time for a reply.

Your assistance fighting the Gallic Royal Navy in the Saga system, as well as Tau-31 and Tau-23 is indeed appreciated. I advise you to stay out of our conflict with the Republic of Kusari's naval forces, however. This is an internal matter, and neither the KNF nor the imperial navy would appreciate gaijin interfering with this situation.

Your request, however, has to be denied. I don't know what you expected, to be honest. Even if we weren't in a situation of war right now, your request would have to pass through at least three bureaucratic hindrances before being reviewed by the proper authorities. So no, we do not have a missile system to spare.
