Not long ago, one of your people, a certain "Jane" met with a HVEB operative on Planet Hamburg. Said operative was found dead in his home not long after. Combined with the obviously fake information given to our operative, we are extremely suspicious as to the current motivations of the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee on Planet Hamburg.

The Hamburger Vereinigung für Entwicklung und Bildung have suffered a great loss, and we want answers. I will be expecting a reply with some sort of explanation for how this has happened shortly.

I can declare with complete sincerity that there is not a single person who goes by "Jane", even as a nickname, in the entirety of the enlisted membership of the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee. While myself and the whole of the Bundschuhpartei no doubt feel gravely and sympathetically towards your loss - I can additionally declare with complete sincerity that I have not approved nor been informed of any planetside operations on Hamburg.

Rather, the Widerstandsarmee's sole planetary obligation and priority involves Nuremberg. However, I do happen to be missing a certain "Kommandant-Doktor Nika Haupt." And by "missing" I mean "she's vanished and hasn't checked in with Bruchsal in some time." Perhaps "Jane" is responsible for both of our respective losses?

Additionally, while I deeply apologize for the level of stress and difficulty your sect must be experiencing, I caution you to question the motives of the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee. Under our proverbial wing, the Party has experienced a Renaissance of the likes it hasn't seen in decades or more.

I thank you for the Hamburg-based lead, regardless. Rest assured that our differences and mutual suspicions are the hallmark of a functioning democratic system.

Our sincerest condolences for your loss in the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee. However, the Hamburger Vereinigung für Entwicklung und Bildung are extremely concerned about the future safety of Bundschuh operatives. If the militant VWA cannot protect themselves, how are they expected to protect the people of Rheinland?

I would like to know where we received the contact information from, though. It had the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee insignia on it, as well as it being signed by the VWA's digital key. I am concerned that someone could possibly have the ability to forge official documents with the Parteivorsitzende's signature on it, as it did say the orders were signed off by Fraulein Eistochter.

I see that you've wasted no time in accusing the spearhead of the Bundschuh over the fact that evidently the Parteivorsitzende has been using my good men and women as her personal subordinates and agents. Would you like to know how the Widerstandsarmee and I at its head expect to protect Rheinland's people, Rorken? I'll tell you - With decisive action and critical thought.

Give me a copy of this digital key so that I can pass it on for an new one, and I promise I will bring this promptly to light either in Eistochter's office, or in front of the entire Parteikongress.
