The time has come for our two groups to gather together strength once more. Ever since the beginning of our liberation of Nagano, we have not yet had another great battle with the Kusari Naval Forces. For now, the majority of their forces seem to be preoccupied with the Kusari Exiles and their new emperor, Nara Tetsuya. Their attention is diverted away from our system for this small window of opportunity. With proper planning, skill, strategy, and a little bit luck, we may have a chance to completely take control of the Nagano system and drive out much of the KNF from their strongholds in Northern Kusari.
Any declaration of results is preliminary for now, however. I suggest that we meet together at Kyoto Base soon to discuss further war plans. This stays between our respective high commands, however. Our future plans are too sensitive to allow a leak.
We must apologise profusely for the delay we have given to our allies. The Sisterhood is facing the turbulent wind of change, which left us unable to respond for such a long time.
Honourable Shogun, I am Takahashi Ran - speaking as the current Hatsuyume of the Sisterhood of Dreams. The Imperial Forces assault has indeed opened a window of opportunity - something the Sisterhood would not like to pass, for opportunities such as these are too rare to ignore. The Chrysanthemum movement wishes to gain momentum as much as the Dragons do, for waiting only ends with nothing but status quo.
Tell us, Shogun, is the offer for discussion still available?
Like spring, Kusari will meet with a rebirth of life and hope for those that are in despair.
As you apologize for your delay, so too shall I apologize for mine. But on to business.
The offer to come to Kyoto Base and aid in planning for our next great offensive is still open. We have already prepared the proper accommodations for your arrival and await your input and good ear earnestly. We shall await your arrival at your leisure, though I do urge you to embark on your visit with all due haste. The sooner we may begin planning, the sooner we may strike at the Republic.
