Dijon.Lebar has been sanctioned for:

1.1 Using coarse language, posting abusive, hateful, racist content in chat, public or private is prohibited under any circumstances. Threats and insults are only allowed on the server if used within roleplay.
1.2 Disconnecting from the server in any situation involving player interaction is not allowed. If you lose server connection, you should get back in game as soon as possible to continue the interaction. If that is not possible, post a note here.

Consequences: Please don't call people retards. It's not very nice and it violates server rules. Also, do not disconnect from the server when you get pirated. That's not very nice either. Lastly, do not fly a Zoner Whale with a Planetform ID. You need a Zoner ID for that. You are new, so I threw a couple of your big ships in a very nasty place called Bastille. You will not be able to leave from there until you can convince me that you will follow the rules of this server.

According to him , it plays on your server for more than three years, and I did everything the way he spoke . Bought ships , traded , etc. Also , I apologize for insulting behavior towards other players . in a few hours, I got more than three times on the pirates and remained without a load of money and the situation brought me out of myself , and my nervous system.
I have read the rules , even I found a video in Russian , where a 30-minute talk , what not to do . I am Ukrainian , and for me, English is not the native and even now I use Google translator . Excuse me please , I know what I did wrong and I know that more will not do.
