I have a quite interesting question in regard to these IDs:
- Xenos (anti-foreign)
- Farmers Alliance (anti-foreign)
- Red Hessians (anti-foreign & anti-domestic)*
* This one have terrorism in primary goals, but the faction seems to be reformed.
The listed factions fall into what we would recognize as actual pure-blood terrorists organizations, unlike criminals groups like in case of Rogues or Hackers despite being labeled as terrorists. Also, e.g. Gaians wouldn't find such a query useful, since they are more eco-terrorist rather than people targetting overall commerce for sake of distrupting rather than capturing goods.
So, the question is: Can members of actual terrorist organization request cargo in order to destroy it without being frowned upon, as in case of 'normal' pirate IDs?
I excluded the following, due to the fact they aren't pure terror-purpose or targets are too specific:

- Corsairs (pseudo-house)

- Golden Chrystantemums (political)

- The Maquis (anti-Crown)

- The Order (vigilantes)
- Outcasts (pseudo-house)
- Sirius Coalition (political)
- Unioners (anti-Republican)
