I am Vizeadmiral Ilza Hummel of the Rheinwehr Hauptflotte.
Answering your request for assistance, we assembled a small contingent of battle-hardened soldiers who will be deployed to the Omicrons. The formation will be known as Omicronkorps.
Since the area is relatively unknown to us and our foothold is weak, we will ask for your assistance in the operation of the Rheinwehr contingent within the area in:
Providing shelter for our soldiers and vessels,
Providing supplies for nourishment and maintenance,
Providing docking facilities and repair crew,
Providing coordination and field assistants to our operations detachment.
In addition, we ask you to deploy forces to personally greet our arriving wings and escort them to said facilities upon their arrival.
Please tell us if all this is acceptable to you and we will iron out the details together, we will also brief you in detail what our deployment will entail.

Durban Station will function as an excellent point for Rheinland Military pilots to base off. There is a Biodome, so your pilots will be able to relax and have access to plenty of sustenance. Alabama will also easily meet your requirements for repairs. And in regards to operating in Delta directly, your pilots can make use of Yaren Base as a base of operations to coordinate with The Core.
We have already made all the necessary preparations for your arrival. We are excitedly expecting your arrival. If you head into Rho via Luneburg, we can rendezvous with your pilots.
