I must admit we were not entirely sure about the meaning of your transmission. The Bundestag and the Ministry of Defense have no role in the assignment of engineering personnel for specific repair tasks, that is the responsibility of individual units of the Rheinland Military such as the Flotte Altenburg.
If the Flotte Altenburg requires additional funding from the Ministry of Defense due to a lack of engineering personnel, please submit a request stating this.

My intention from this transmission was to inform you, that our Engineers are fully occupied and that we need additional Engineers to bring the repairs of the Schlachtschiff Altenburg further. The problem is, that our Oberkommando don't have enough money to hire additional Engineers.
Hereby, the Oberkommando of the Rheinland Flotte Altenburg is requesting addional 20% of the current foundations to hire additional Engineers to repair the Schlachtschiff Altenburg.

After concluding our analysis of the Dresden situation and the inventory and personnel list of the Flotte Altenburg, we have assessed that a 17.5% increase in funding will suffice to cover the additional engineering budget you require.
The 06/23 funds the Flotte Altenburg receives from the Ministry of Defense will include this increase. We hope this will alleviate your shortage.
