To whom it may concern,

Recently Freeport 8 has made its appearance in the Sigma 15 system which was formerly known as the Luneburg system. As a Freelancer who has taken on jobs throughout Sirius I was one of the people that managed to witness parts of the events in Omicron Delta concerning the quarrels revolving around the Freeport 11 station. These events raised tensions with all groups surrounding the station and it is my concern that Freeport 8 might have a similar faith if the laws are not properly followed by any of the involved parties.

The location of the Freeport in Sigma 15 makes it so that several groups may fight interest in this safe haven. To my knowledge the Corsairs, Bundschuh, The Order and The Core may become frequent visitors. As a Rheinland civilian it worries me to see these groups near our home, especially this close to Hammersee and this worry was confirmed by today's encounter with an Order cruiser that was loitering the Freeport. The IRG Zoner that was around showed no interest in dealing with it as the Zoner laws have not yet been applied to the station.

This communique is send your way to show the possible dangers this Freeport may pose in a system like Sigma-15. As a Rheinland civilian it is in my interest that Sigma-15 remains calm but I have a feeling that the Zoners need to be told what they can and can't do when being in such a fragile position. Of course this is up to the government and the Military themselves on how to deal with the situation and I expect they will decide correctly.

  The Rheinwehr received your message about this Freeport in Sigma-15 and reviewing it with high priority. You have nothing to worry about, the Military definitely won't tolerate any criminal or terrorist activity this close to our Vaterland, even if it's based on a seemingly neutral station.
