Greetings to the owner(s) of the Installation called "Phoenix Base",

Since Admiral Hall, who normally handles such matters is indisposed, I am contacting you today.

Via our patrols in Omega 3 we got word of a new low-tier installation between the Freeport in Omega 3 and planet Sprague.
Initial investigations show that this base allows our forces to dock and that there are no open criminal activities to be mentioned.

But;
The installation seems not to be properly registered.
First of all we could not find a proper license in the registry, the last license for a station with that name was approved for a base in Dublin to be built by BMF, but after their plans changed there was no new approval from the authoritys, what makes your installation per defenition illegal.
Added to that the plans were changed quite often and the last entity that contacted the BPA could not be identified as one of BMFs officials for now.

So here is what we expect. You have 48 hours to clarify the status of this Base with the BPA.
Should you fail to fulfill this demand, we will treat your installation as a criminal base and will act accordingly.

This is professor Matt Williams, a freelancer businessman living in New London, Bretonia.

First, I'd like to thank you for your communication and apologies for this misunderstanding situation.

Now, to the topic, I understand we should clarify things to keep things clear between us. the case is that my cousin Sam Williams applied for a license to construct a base in Dublin. He got the approval from BPA but then Mollys and GRN vessels destroyed his base so he decided to move it to New London but then he informed BPA that he is no longer interested of constructing the base. However, the papers of his project that includes the cost fees and structure of employment stayed at his office in New London.

On my last visit to him, he told me about his project and the attack on his core 1 base in Dublin, also he told me that he is not willing to construct it again simply because Mollys will never let a BMM base see the sun in Dublin. So, I told him that I need to see the papers of this project and study it and he didn't mind share them with me, and after studying the project I made some changes and put some plans based on the market of Bretonia and then I decided to construct a freelancer base in Omega 3 also I just contacted BPA to get a new license for the base and waiting for their approval and I will share a copy from the license with you here once I get it.

I do not have to say much to the circumstances of this misunderstanding as you put it, thats somethign the BPA will take care of.
Nevertheless I will be glad if we can solve this situation without military means. I advise you to send us the approval of the BPA as soon as it is availeable.

But be warned. Since we had acces to the installation and it did not seem to be of any danger we reacted quite cautious.
The normal procedure is to deconstruct illegal bases. So next time check your paperwork properly and do not endanger the lifes of your crew.

If the installation is legal I can not tell so I will await the decision of the BPA.

Well Mr. Williams,

The 48 hours are over. Can you provide the necessary documents to prove you station is of legal nature ?
If you do we urge you to provide them now. The longest we will wait are 24 hours.
If you do not have any proof of the legality of your base, you have 24 hours to evacuate all personell. Should we find that there were people left on the station you will also face a trial for murder, failure to provide aid as well as using them as human shields.

Greetings again Mr. Williams,

The approval seems to be correct and the fine was paid as well. According to this your base is now considered to be a legal installation.
It follows that we will cease all preparations for the deconstruction of said base.
Still be aware this could have taken an undesireable end and adjust your actions accordingly should you ever wish to build another base.

I personally wish you good luck with your business and im sure many of those who lost their living in this war will profit from possible new
jobs on your installation.
