3.2 A player who was killed during a PvP fight in any form, must not enter the system where the fight took place or re-engage the attacker(s) for 2 hours from the time of their destruction, or until this/these ship(s) leave(s) the game.(There is a 5 minute window after death in which you can leave the system with an empty ship.)

The rule means that if i'm killed in pvp battle i must leave the system within 5 minutes and my ship must be empty. i also are not a loud back into that system for 2 hours or player that kills me leaves.

I hadn't read the rules when that attack took place and didn't understand what i had to do. But i do now.

I just went in to new york with a friend I had cardamine my friend didn't. my friend got to manhattan first and was asked to stop for a scan and he did.
I came around and went for the dock, I got within 100 of the dock and docked I dock on the spot. As my screen changed I got a message to stop for a scan, it was to late I had docked.
When I came I tried to explain what had happened but no one was going listen. The end result was they killed me.
I can't stop for a scan if im already docked. I did nothing wrong and got killed because they were to slow.

What with rules I hope something gets done about this.
