Good Morning sir. This is Cpt. Sid Fire of the HMS-Oxford.
I would advise you regarding a particular that I observe right now in this moment of crisis of the kingdom. The kingdom of Bretonia has many problems with the Kingdom of Gallia, still rivals against a peasant revolt and now we worse against communist revolutionaries. Perhaps it would be time to get organized.
You know, I tried more times to be recruited on the BAF and in my Biography section I told you that I've been instructed in the West point Military Academy and now I see that here there aren't specific academies - maybe to professional soldiers - like that from where I came out. Maybe we should study new military strategies and a military academy can be make we convenient.
Now this isn't to say that we are weak, why should I insult those who would like to be part of it? I just want to suggest a military reorganization and the settlement of a military academy.

Secondary fleet captain,
Your worry has basis, but it is needless. We already have not one, but two academies: the Bretonian Royal Fleet, which schools prominent secondary fleet captains in capital ship combat and of which I am in charge, and Queen Carina's Academy, which prepares exceptional secondary fleet pilots for the worst of dogfights. Commander Kaze Dagon is in charge of it, and you may contact her if you need snubcraft training. I must inform you, when I said the worst of dogfights, I was serious. It is the harshest training I know of.
By the way, it seems to me that you have gathered some experience. I suggest you to try applying for the primary fleet again. Have in mind, however, that in case you make it in, you will not be able to command the Oxford until you reach the rank of Captain. The command will be passed to another officer.
I expect the above is sufficiently clear. Long live the Queen.

Good morning, Richard Hall
I send this transmission in the same communication channel to resume the argument discussed here and make a proposal regarding it.
What do you think if I send again a apply request for the BAF| primary fleet and if I pass the HMS-Oxford will be assigned to my Actual Executive officer, Dendol Mark that he will nominate a another provisional Executive officer until I will gain the Captain rank in your primary fleet (The HMS-Oxford will be remain as BAF secondary fleet unit until I will gain the Captain rank)?

Captain Fire,
That is the usual practice. And by the way, call me by my rank, not my surname. A military works better if the relations are formal. That would be Sir Admiral, if you think that titles matter.
