I do believe that for the past years the Nacion has established itself as a good business partner for you. Our organization is a little at odds with the current Maltese government, but... but I think it won't concern you a lot if we will propose the proper contract, ins't it right?
We need some supplies to provide, mostly to build up our warships. Most of them are old and damaged, would be a shame to launch them to space. Since the deal comes to the warships I think this is obvious, parts are suppose to be provided as secretly as it possible. It is bad when your potential enemies know your intentions, hm? Right, let me know if you have received this and if you your ships are ready for a long flights.

Good to speak to you again Loyola, although less so after hearing of your problems with the current leading party. Regardless, I don't really consider myself a religious person so you can understand my own feelings towards the governing body of Malta these days. I don't see any problems with helping you with what you need, although specifics will be needed. This is done under the assumption that the Maltese have learned from past experience and that we wont be seeing another civil war anytime soon, at least a physical one. I would at the very least like your word on that before any materials are transferred.
I'm glad to hear you again. Indeed I had some problems and not only me, but situation is currently stable. Many people are tired of those fanatics indeed, but no one wants to make them angry. I want to thank you for your concerns about the possibility of a new civil war and more loss of Maltese population.
I also want to assure you that he National Council's forces won't open fire on other Maltese. Armed groups that Council is actively forming now will carry out the tasks of self-defense and act against external aggressors mainly. To put it simple we do believe that heavy armor behind our back will make us feeling more comfortable on any negotiations and make inquisition to think twice, before do something stupid.
For the beginning we need

Pleasure to be doing business with you again, miss Loyola. Apologies for my friend, he's spent a lot of time out in the rad fields and it's affected him quite badly. We however managed to deliver the needed materials a few days ago, sadly due to some trouble on the way home it has taken us a bit longer than originally thought to get back to you. If you could please pay my friend for the materials he delivered regardless of his attitude as well as the remaining balance to JM|-Bank#1 it would be appreciated. I hope we can be of service to the Nacion again in the future.
