Respected administrator(s),
I am Admiral Sir George Richard Hall, the chief in command of Bretonian southern defenses, which include the fleets in the Omega-3 System, a protectorate of the Kingdom of Bretonia.
While on a patrol, one of my pilots has discovered your space station, the Hydro Storage. That would not be anything unusual if we did not encounter two vital problems concerning your station. Firstly, it does not allow the Bretonian Armed Forces to dock, which is an obvious issue if your station is within the Kingdom's borders. Secondly, after we searched the database of the Bretonian Police Authority, we have not found the Hydro Storage, which means that it has not been registered. By the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law, every station must be registered prior to construction, and failure to do so will result in deconstruction.
However, I am knight, and thus I am due to always act with honour. I am giving you forty-eight (48) hours to apply the Hydro Storage for registration. If you fail, I will have to send a fleet to deconstruct it by force. In case that you are not planning to register it, I advise you to start evacuating the crew.
Long live the Queen.

Greetings Admiral Sir George Richard Hall.
I am the owner of Said base "Hydro Storage"
First of all, I sincerely apologise for the late reply to you neural net messages. I have been away on travels
And only recently got back into communication coverage.
I will make sure the base gets registered through all the correct channels as soon as I am able to.
All I ask is that you be as gracious as you have already been and allow an extension of 12 hours from now for me to submit all the paperwork and to pay the fees owing.
I'm not making excuses but I did leave the application and registration of the base in in what i thought was the capable hands of my son in-law but I was terribly mistaken.
I would very much appreciate the extension at this time.

Administrator Hilton,
I have called off the siege. Your issue is now in the hands of the BPA. When your station is registered, them and the BAF will be there to defend it with all our might in case it is threatened by a foreign power. Long live the Queen.
