It seems logical that the BAF has to grant exceptions in a warzone like Leeds but the laws make licenses in Bretonian space a BPA) matter and Leeds, even though under Gallic occupation as we speak,, is part of the Bretonian heartland.
As such the BPA) is flying and fighting there alongside the military and is as well to be asked for permissions and exeptions of the Embargo and the trafficing of Black Market Ammunitions.
