Katja. I'm glad to hear you're still well, and to hear that you came away from our previous encounter without incident. I would have hated to spark trouble for you on account of the Crayterians' paranoia. If I could have anticipated such a reaction on their part, I would have kept well out of their way. You have my apologies for any inconvenience.
Unfortunately, it sounds as if Coronado's newest residents are not the only overly suspicious individuals lurking in the Barrier region. I cannot imagine who might have mentioned the Iseijin to you - the Aoi Iseijin, to give them their full name - and it is difficult for me to answer all the questions you might have in such a brief transmission. At the very least, I can assure you that the threat this person speaks of is but a shadow of its former self, a vestige of the Nomad War long since confined to the very fringes of Kusari space. Even during the time of Kusari's first Imperial era, their kind had already been brought firmly to heel.
In truth, I am surprised to hear the name again. I had always thought it to be confined to the history books by now. My guess would be that your new associate is either an attention-seeker with tall tales to tell, or another mind poisoned by paranoia like those of our Crayterian friends.
I hope that you will still find the truth amidst all the rumours and scaremongering that seem to have gripped Sirius in these troubled times. With war across the sector, and strife within both Kusari and Liberty, I cannot blame people for living in such a climate of fear. I can, though, only hope that you will manage to find your way regardless.
