Kon'nichiwa friends,

I call to you after many long hours of debate. I am in need of a 5k transport. Why, you may ask? The reason is quite simple. As you may or may not know I am the head of AFC's Speed Wing. This specific group specializes in technology enhancement for AFC. We have spent many long hours and wasted much time making multiple trips for resources desperately needed. With a 5k transport these trips would be lessened and our time could be better spent on our research. More than just the space that your ZBT-1002 has; the Radiation shielding is needed. I will be using this ship to conduct various experiments in many hazardous environments. This will also include experiments for a Transport vessel capable of speeds close to 2000m/s. You can imagine that such a discovery would be nice to have. I would be very happy to give you one after it has been tested properly and all the kinks have been worked out. I understand that these vessels are very restricted in who can own them. I hope that we can broker some form of arrangement.

I am Director Voncloud i will be dealing with your request.
First of all, i am not aware of who AFC are and you speak as if i should of heard of them but consideiring your mannerisms and your name i would be right to presume that AFC is a kusari based organisation of course correct me if im wrong but i will go with my assumption for now.
If this is indeed the case then the answer is no. The ZBT-1002 Whale is only accessable by Proven Zoners as the design and technology of the Whale is a closley guarded secret that we intend not to share with any outside of our people.
There are no exceptions or deals to be made here. This is a 100% No responce to your request.

However if you are requiring a five k Transport then i would recommend the CT-73 Stork Advanced train or even perhaps the Kusari built Ryuujin.

I do apologize for the lack of communication involving our origins. While I myself came from Kusari I hold no personal ties to it. Our Group holds no ties to any house besides AFC. We are an Inter House club The reason I assumed you had heard of us is because of our close dealings with IRG. You see we are an organization set on bring what little happiness to the universe we can and protecting what is ours and our friends'. As I said before I do understand your need to keep it in secrecy and I am willing to let you take any measures to keep it secret. I only ask that you at least consider the possibility of an agreement. I am even willing to show you what It will be contributing too that would make transportation of items in border systems much more efficient. Please do seriously consider what I am offering as we can be a very useful Ally.

I appreciate what it is your offering but no thought is required. We have not granted permission for any Non Zoner faction, company or organisation access to the whale in the past and we are not about to start now. As i said previously, there are no Exceptions to be made and no deals to be done. The Decision is final.
