Estimated Guildmaster,
We lately recieved a complaint by the group known as battlegroup Auxesia, that their ships were hunted down in Bretonian space based on a bounty that was issued by the Republic of Liberty.
Speaking on behalf of the Bretonian Government I hereby remind you that even if there is a bounty on a person or group, it can only be claimend in obediece of the laws of our nation, wich state that inflicting violence on not unlawful entities is a crime.

In hope the above is sufficiently clear
Jacob McIntire

Good day Admiral. I would first like to offer my apologies, as it was never the intention of the Guild to break any of the laws of the most glorious Kingdom of Bretonia. This appears to be a misunderstanding, stemming from a like of clarity of the Bretonian laws and slight misinformation. As you may or may not know, the group known as Auxesia are branded as terrorists by the Republic of Liberty for attacks against them. As the bounty issued against them extended into Bretonia and with the Kingdom of Bretonia and Republic being allies, it was our impression that they were outlawed in Bretonia as well. It is also not mentioned either way in the Bretonian definition of entities section of your laws, so we were operating under the assumption that no laws were violated.

This then however brings me to another unfortunate matter of business then. As well as this bounty, this organisation has also taken to flying and utilizing stolen Bounty Hunter technology. We had given them a chance to surrender this technology as you can see, however they refuse to do so. Worse yet, they claim to have stolen blueprints and begun construction of the vessels themselves. This represents a serious and grave threat. As you may or may not know, the Bounty Hunters Guild has worked tirelessly with AP to develop and tune all of their ships. For a terrorist group to take advantage of this and blatently steal our vessels is an insult we cannot endure.

With that said, I understand that Bretonia is currently tied up in the war with Gallia with many of its forces. While any assistance in obtaining our stolen technology would be appreciated, I would understand if the Kingdom of Bretonia is unable to do so. The Guild merely requires permission to continue to attempt to force these terrorists to return our stolen vessels, should the Kingdom of Bretonia find this acceptable.
