Anyone know if the server is down for the night?

It's going to be down for awhile atleast, Wolfpack is doing some fixes to the OS and whatnot to try and reduce lag.

Zach get on Live if you aren't already. I'm jumping on now.

Please don't make threads like this. We have a server status thread for things like this.

But since we're on the topic..

Server's down till i fix my router. While i was installing the new NIC card so DISCO could be on it's own network away from mine, turns out the SCSI Drive array failed too. The master HDD is a dead thing, and I dn't have any backups.

RIght now, I'm working to get a working router, but it's gonna take me awhile to restore EVERYTHING i had. Sorry gentlemen.

The router died. the Freelancer server did not.. two totally different boxes

I still have the player files from the back up i did before this whole thing started. I'm still trying to bring the FL Server back up, but it's also giving me fits ;(

no wonder the server didnt come up the time wolf had estimated....so much for a 2hr work.....feel sorry about your router dying.....but i just hope none of my accounts are deleted.(and otheres)

Ah ok, I completely misunderstood the post. When I saw SCSI I thought you were talking about two linked Hard drives on the server PC. I'm glad it's nothing that major. Still sucks about the router though. :(
