I am contacting you privately on this matter in order others from seeing this issue, as it might disrupt your business dealings and that is something I do not do unless the situation calls for it, which I am hoping this does not. If you check your station manifest , you will see the congress delivered 9,466 units of Black Market Munitions as per our agreement. Now imagine my surprise when my pilots report back that they were only given ONE SIRIUS CREDIT per unit by your dock master, because as I recall it, we were offered 4,500 SC per unit. As you can see that is quite the difference in price. Now I don't know if you were planning on paying us when the job was finished, and if that is the case then all is well but it should have been specified before hand, or if you simply forgot to tell the dock master the agreement we have, but the way I see it you owe the Congress 42,587,000 credits. That's quite a large number. Now I am not an unreasonable man, if you can clarify this for me that would be terrific. However, until this is clarified, we will not ship the remaining 10,534 units. I have to lookout for Congress interests first and foremost. Awaiting your response.

I wish i was calling on better news however i am not,
We have received the full shipment of the black market munitions but no follow up documents showing they came from you.....
and so far we have only received a small amount of the Black market light arms, around 5100 units of the total order of 20,000 units

i understand that you or your pilots may be reluctant to travel with these items into a war zone but let me remind you that you accepted this contract and are being being payed well for it,
these weapons are to be used in the war against Gallia and this delay in there arrival has cost us greatly, many resistance fighters have died since this contract began due to having un effective civilian class weapons,
we need this contract completed asap
