a few weeks ago our exploration groups found a rather odd area in the outer reaches of Omicron Beta. There we found an odd alien organism. Now we don't exactly know it's abilities and makeup but I am certain with your help we will find out most of its properties faster than if we would do it alone.
We constructed a new installation, called Catania Station and we would like to invite you to take some of these organisms for analysis. If you wish we can bring a few of them over to Galicia for you though of course some of our scientists there already research them.
If you are interested I would clear docking access for you and send you the location of the installation. We are keeping it a bit of a secret until we are done with the upgrades and research.

Greetings,
I would like to start with extending our most sincere thanks for contacting us, I'm sure this will certainly interest our academics. But, I also need to apologize on behalf of all our researchers, recently they're busy either with they own research or private affairs, which keep them too occupied to check their business inboxes.
Returning to matter at hand, I'm sure I could organise transport to pickup the samples, however it might take more than few days. Organising both escorts and safe passage might be, if not problematic, at least tiresome considering the news I've been hearing past months. If you could propose any ideas to hasten the process from your side, I'm sure Mr. McCool and others would be very grateful.
Those things have been living there for a few hundred years I think. I guess it won't matter if they wait a little longer. But if transporting in time is the only problem then I am certain we can arrange something. Atlantis has quite the fleet by now and I'll get a transport with organisms ready in no time at all.
Just tell me where it needs to go and I think we can arrange a deal.
