Allow me to introduce myself - I am Colonel Eliza Valdez and I represent the Maltese Legion, perhaps you've heard of us, perhaps you haven't. That does not matter much to us at the moment, what matters is that we have heard of you, or rather have ran into you while patrolling the system. While your station had the nice courtesy not to be outright hostile to me and 'Vento' when we approached it, we were still denied docking access on it.

Now the thing is we plan to strengthen our positions in Coronado after the recent downfall of the Crayterian fleet near Pecos and the destruction of Minerva Research Center. With that it's only obvious that as neighbours we will start running into each other even more often. So as good new neighbours we are contacting you to kindly ask for docking access on your station so that our fighter wings can refuel, restock and repair.
We want to start things on the right foot with you and sincerely hope this notion is mutual as we feel more bloodshed in Coronado is needless at this point more than ever. Hopefully we'll hear from you soon so that we can work out the details better.

*Hi there, sorry for the delay, but seems newly contracted manager was lost in turmoil happening in Coronado, so im answering myself, as owner of the Glendalough Orbital.
You see, Colonel Eliza Valdez, i surely dont want to get my base in harms way, so i need you try understand my position here: the crayterians took a beating, sure, but are far from finished, everyday i have patrols and even capital ships around my base, so if i dont want incurr in Maltese black list, surely dont want enter crayterian one.
Then you present me a big problem: if i deny your ships docking, ill ager you. If i receive your ships, anger Crayterian Military, im hemmed between someone elses war, im a simple trades man, wanna keep my bussines free of harass, and im wondering if we cannot reach an "middle-term" agreement? Like, for example, i can clear acess for your ship, so you can visit base and have sure it means not any kind of treath to anyone. As yourself stated, it havent been hostile to you or your ships.
Im asking your comprehension here, i dont want any kind of troule w any parties, even switched my supliers from ISE crayterian to FL-ER which is more costly, to dont seem i accept one party and other not, however, Crayterians have taken this agreement and regularly one ship, whitelisted check base, to have sure no harm to them is inside it.
Can we reach similar agreement?
I do understand your position so I guess we could think of a compromise. Now the Lieutenant-General might not be really happy to hear we won't get full access for our squadrons to restock and repair so we'll have to get something else in return to make things worthwhile, alright? How does this offer sound to you:
- You'll allow one of our ships docking access so that we can make sure there's nothing stored that can be used against us.
- You'll also pay us a monthly fee of 10 000 000 credits.
Does that sound like a good compromise to you? I'm eager to hear your answer.
*Hi Col, im happy to hear you ppl are reasonable and can understand my position here, im glad to give acess to a ship you foward me the name and will send the credits requested, i suppose those will go to additional fuel so your ships can go to another base for resupply, as soon as i receive from you where to send the credits, those will be sent

Hi, sorry for the delay, again, i had some problems with personnal management and a partner left base ownership, so we had little problem in the incomes matter, somewhat solved now, i hope
Im glad to say first deposit was made and docking rights for your personnal ships were granted, so feel free to visit me, and we can take some Rhein Bier just received
I really hope we can keep this deal going nice and plain, and will do my best in that direction

The credits have been received and I took the liberty to check on the station while I was in Coronado. Everything inside seems in order. The Legion shares your hope for smooth and mutually beneficial future.
