Dear President Payne,

I have just received word of the Lane Hackers who are still willing to go on with the peace negotiations even despite the shooting incident.

To facilitate progress, the Guild is willing to foot the 40.000.000 one time payment, that the Hackers demand for the shooting incident. This is done in order to avoid more needless controversy about a reggrettable incident that came up at a difficult point in the peace process. With the delay being at least partially our responsibility, it's just fair that we deal with this.

Anyway, we suggested a meeting in 48 hours on Barrier Gate to get the negotiations rolling. Personally, I think this is a one-time occasion that should not be missed. Stability in Coronado is something that is worth an investment.

And yes,an incident seems to occur in that time.
