The Admirals circle would like to thank you for your generous, yet unexpected, offer. However, given the current political situation, the Admiralty does not have the liberty to accept it.

I can understand our neighbors may be concerned about the events occurring in House Kusari sovereign space. However, rest assured the Admiralty is diligently taking measures to respond to any threat capable of endangering Kusari's interests and population.

That said, the Admirals circle takes note of House Liberty Fifth fleet desire to assist us and hope to cooperate with its personnel more closely in the future.
