Konnichiwa This is Vincent Maddox, GMG miner.

Upon approaching Iejima base this evening, I noticed that it was in a state of disrepair.

I have supplied it with 5600 units of reinforced allow, together with food, water and oxygen. I have also topped up the crew complement, but I note - with some alarm - that repairs are still not being done.

Please would someone with base authority look into this matter asap.
