Greetings, Exarch
I contacted the Auxesians and found out that they aren't opposed to diplomatic errands with K'Hara, if rather skeptical about the whole thing. The prime reason of their skepticism is death of their emissaries.

[19.03.2017 04:37:09] Oracle|Israfel: Alright and yes.
[19.03.2017 04:37:24] Oracle|Israfel: Just tell me what sort of proof.
[19.03.2017 04:37:34] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: ...
[19.03.2017 04:37:35] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Uhm.
[19.03.2017 04:37:36] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Well.
[19.03.2017 04:37:46] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: I wish it were possible to record the ways of their speech.
[19.03.2017 04:37:52] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Perhaps an arbiter of theirs?
[19.03.2017 04:38:05] Oracle|Israfel: Mmm, maybe...
[19.03.2017 04:38:23] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Get one of them - one of the /main/ hive - to reach out to us.
[19.03.2017 04:38:28] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: And then I'll consider their diplomacy.
They want to see a K'Hara who is not opposed to the idea. Can we deliver? Meanwhile, I'll try to contact Keeper Raven again in order to brainstorm the concept of agreement. If you might suggest what K'Hara might need from Auxesians besides:
1. Not going to Iota and beyond
2. Not opening fire on their kin
Then please, tell me. With reasons, I assume you know them much, much better. We need to address as many issues as possible before they even arise and find as much mutual gain as possible for the two factions in order to be efficient at our task.

Blessings to you, brother Israfel.

They wish to meet a K'Haran Elder Node which is favorable to a diplomatic meeting, hm? It's...quite the request, but it's not impossible.
As for my experiences, I always saw them as a group bent on exterminating the Nomads thoroughly. Maybe I saw them the wrong way...but I digress here.
You ask me for suggestions aside of the ones you have stated. I'd add the following ones:
- Information exchange between Auxesians and K'Hara about Bretonian systems layout, thus extending the latter's influence within Bretonia;
- The allowance for the K'Hara to gain passage to Inverness and its hive as well as passage to the Drake jumphole;
- The creation of a Minishare between Auxesia and K'Harans, with the Oracles in the middle to mediate speeches.
Other than these, I wouldn't be able to suggest more. Maybe the K'Harans might have more in mind, that is.
I will try to seek an elder right away. In the meanwhile, keep working with the Auxesians.

There also is the time/date/location to sort out. As for the location, I thought that Omicron Lost might be a solution.
If Auxesian have some more ideas, relay them to me. It's time to act now, thus we need to get things moving.

My blessings upon you, brother.
Safe skies, and godspeed.

Greetings, Exarch
I've got mildly bad (or are they actually good?) news.
Auxesians don't want to let K'Hara go into Bretonnia's territory. The reasoning is simple and reasonable: they don't want to helplessly look through their fingers at the mayhem that will ensue. You know, there is a battleship and a research station near the ancient structure in Newcastle. They will barely remain unscathed.
And making arrangements of this scale with a whole House in order to avoid such consequences is... Massive.
Maybe K'Hara themselves have different ideas that have less catastrophic consequences. Now all we can do is arrange the meeting and hope for the best. While trying to de-escalate the situation if anything goes wrong, of course.
The last thing is... Why did you tell the Commune about our errands? Keeper Raven thinks that it can lead to hosilities.
