I hope I find you well. As you well know, I am part of the Bretonian Armed Forces now, and it seems one of my Lieutenant Commanders found himself stranded in Planet Kyushu, due to engine failure. Normally I would not think twice about that, but since Kyushu is under tight scrutiny by the Gallic Royal Navy and that the wounds of the Seto War are still fresh in the Kusarian people minds, one can do the math and reach the conclusion that there is a high risk of capture or detention. So in lieu of our past history, I come to ask you for the boon of one of your safe houses in Planet Kyushu, for the man, two days tops. His handler is Lieutenant Commander Victor Steiner, BAF.
If you need monetary compensation or a favour in an equitable fashion, do say so.
Shelter for an armed forces pilot in one of our safe houses eh? This can be arranged, but there is the small matter of him subsequently knowing where our safe house is located. He can come, but he would be blindfolded and/or sedated on his way there, if there aren't any objections. As for payment, I can see 2 things on my wishlist that spark my interest. For one, the safehouse appartment needs a thorough cleaning. If Steiner can do that, that'd be greatly appreciated. Secondly, I wish to request that you close your eyes to any and all Order vessels operating within Bretonian space, unless of course they are hurting bretonian assets.
If these terms are agreeable, you got yourself a deal.
Regards,
Commander Helena Dahl

This Galaxy is vast; its wonders and beauty are almost unfathomable. But the galaxy also hides dark secrets, some of which have lain dormant since the beginning of time itself. There is a danger in secrets, both in seeking and in knowing. Some things are meant to be hidden from view. Some mysteries defy understanding, and sometimes even the things we think we know are untrue. Some secrets should remain untouched.
You got yourself a deal. I will open the channel for you, and then you can set a site and issue a proper protocol with the Lieutenant Commander. However, I must ask that our past dealings and the deal we just affirmed now stay between us two, undisclosed. The Lieutenant Commander is a very curious man. However, it seems his cleaning routines are above par, so he will not fail you in that.
