Greetings

Dear Hellfire friends and protectors, first and foremost i thank you in the name of all DSE for your efforts to protect Lansig base in Kansas. Unfortunatlly things didnt work out as planned and i feel deep sorrow for the lives of lost Hellfire pilots who fought bravely on that dreadful day.We of the DSE offer our sincere condolences.

Our paths have crossed before and obviously there's much mutual respect between our peoples.

You also have our gratitude for allowing DSE to construct the new base in your space. For that, all Hellfire Legion pilots may land on it and take a breather from vast and unforgiving space fares. You are of course invited to use our relaxation facilities such as: Spa, the Metro Bar and Gymnasium.

You have extended your hand to us on many ocassions so we are returning the favor.
We have spoken of our relations in the DSE briefing Headquarters and have reached a conclusion that our friendship should be prolonged and even strenghtend. That is our proposal, since we see your goals and beliefs as true. The DSE will also fight by your side if ever the need arises, same as you stood on our side.

However, i must emphasize that we canot interfere or meddle in your afairs with Liberty goverment and will have to stand neutral to both sides. I am sure you are aware of the reason behind this decision.

Mr Gunsmith,

It always is a pleasure to hear of DSE. my condolescence for the dead of Lansington.

However, life will move on and we need to keep up. Your proposition is most welcome, the Legion and moreso the Commonwealth greatly profited of our mutual friendship in the past.

I also very much appreciate your offer for assistance, we will surely need it now that the Gallic Royalists knock at Vespuccis backdoor.


As for our fight against the Republic, we can and will not ask you to jeopardize your lifeblood, the open markets of Liberty for us. We fully understand that this fight can not be fought by everyone, some battles have to be fought by others.

I assume the DSE headquater has an offer to discuss in mind? I eagerly await your response.
