Momentarily Kusari is in a state of civil war with many fronts, the Imperial exiled Navy fighting to get back their power after the loss against the Gallic Royal Navy and the following establishment of a Republic in Kusari. The Blood Dragons, guards of the former Shogun, similar to your King, who fight since centuries to get the throne back and us, seeing ourselves as most suited to lead Kusari into a new fair future.
Other side conflicts worth mentioning would be the corporation rivals, Samura Heavy Industries and their lapdogs the Hogosha and Kishiro Technologies with support by the Gas Miner Guild, Sirius' main supplier for spacecraft fuel.

That to be said about the conflicts Kusari faces right now and in the nearer future. Details about Kusari's geography would require a bit time to deliver, considering we would have to reduce a copy of our own maps to the absolute minimum before being able to send it to you. It's just being cautious, you surely understand this.

Now, concerning a trustworthy organization within Sirius that is able to sell you information of all kinds. There is just one true option, the Lane Hackers, the 'inner circle' identified with "LH~" to be more precise. That is more then enough information regarding Kusari. I'll also have to thank you about what you told me regarding these "Lane Hackers". I've been asking around for a while now about such an organization and no one seemed to be able to point me in the right direction.
