First let me make a small report on how things are since you've let us find a new home in your system. The staff were a bit sceptical at first but as the time passes we got to know the people of Commonswealth. Our pilots have met them during their silver hauling business and in Metro Bar on Elysium station and they felt fery comfortable as they have learned that Commonswealth people were not only cortious but also friendly and good mannered. I must admitt i even saw a DSM worker taking a Commonswealth woman out to dinner

In light of this new situation unfolding, im issuing a formal invitation to HF commanding staff. I would like for us to have a sit down and discuss further relations development, after which you can use Elysiums relaxation facilities and even stay for a few days if you deem it fitting. We have an envyous Spa center which you will surely enjoy, just make sure your wives dont see you unless you want to envoke some serious jealousy

I am glad your employees and staff make themselves homely in Vespucci, the more that there were no conflicts between Commonwealth citizens and DSE employees, I was worried the circumstances that made you rebuild elsewhere would have caused enough stress in your ranks to cause some outbreaks.

Gladly I have been proven wrong. I will gladly accept your invitation as representative of the Legion along with Mr McKenna who will represent the Commonwealth.

W e are exceptionaly happy to hear such an answer dear fellow friends, i am eager to meet you in person Mr.Smith as well as Mr.McKenna. Our Briefing room is free at the moment and our staff is also interested in this upcoming meeting of a good nature. I propose for your arrival in exactly 4 days, so we have time to have everything prepared, also that time should be enoughj for your own preparation as well.

You do understand however that we cant let you leave Elysium without a proper party afterwords, so dont make any immediate plans after our meeting
