Smigol has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 12/01/2009 for:

6.19 Pirates have a right to deal as much damage as they see fit before or after demanding money from a trader ship, but killing trader ship before demanding money or cargo is not allowed.
6.2 Out of Roleplay (OORP):
In-game tag seen before the name must match the ID as closely as possible. It is not allowed to have the tag not match ID category. For example, it is prohibited to have 'Police' tag and 'Pirate' ID.

Consequences: Fined all credits and guns, notifications in hold, reps very much adjusted.

Notes: You are not a Terrorist, you are a very naughty boy. Demands must be made before you do the killing.
Also you have committed the very crime quoted in rule 6.2 Police tag, pirate ID. E for effort there, must do better.
