I have recently been informed of your advancement into Leadership and I wanted to firstly congratulate you; secondly bring you up to speed, and thirdly introduce myself. You see, last year Ingenuus was contracted by Arbiter Bill to study the Neutron Star referred to as "The Rift". Due to facility demand it wasn't until recently that Ingenuus was able to dedicate a team and vessel to the project. We however encountered immediate problems due to not only local system conditions but also due to the nature of the Neutron Star itself. What we have recommended is that your facility, San Juan, be retrofitted. I have included access codes to the project within Ingenuus' data banks. Good day Mr. Wright. Thank you for the kind words regarding my recent promotion. I am aware of the current contract that Wild Bill negotiated with you. It passed through my desk during my tenure as Director of Inter-House Operations. The base in question, San Juan, is aging and holds very sensitive information on it. What kind of upgrades are we talking about with this retro fit you are proposing? If you have plans and blueprints, then it would be a simple matter of gathering the right materials to begin this project. Also I recommend upgrading your armor on your ship. The Rift has been.....acting strangely. Hull Degradation is not a small problem anymore. I assume your ship can handle the extra stress?
