the unique opportunity arrose that we can acquire a NEMP launcher as well as enough ammunition to fire it once. I am sure you are aware of the value such a weapon holds.
We intend to use it against the Navy though a suitable and valuable target must yet have to be scouted out. Though we could also use your tactical assesment of the situation. I am certain that your organisation has assigned values to certain targets within Liberty.
My question now is: will the BDM support the acquisition of these weapons for my Battlegroup? It's certainly a chance we shouldn't let pass don't you think.
Listen, I could keep supporting your operations all day within proxy warfare against the Navy and the LSF, but I'm getting nothing much in return directly and our Oberkommando isn't happy with that outcome. I understand that we're putting the LSF on the back foot from your operations but I can just publicly release their actions on the neural net via our press release to then cause a response. The reason why we came to you in the first place was intel on their operations that might be involved in the sector known as Zone-21.
This means that we will supply you with the funds to equip yourself with such a device, but we need to at least obtain a satisfactory amount of intelligence on details of the LSF's and Navy's operations in Zone-21. You of all people should know that with the recent cuts to the Buro-Budget that we can't keep handing you funds by the shovel without a direct benefit.

I had already began wondering when you would bring this up again. Your support has been very helpful in our operations.
Now I had hoped that our fight against the Navy and the LSF would be valued higher. I do have to say that I am slightly worried about what will happen once I hand over all Zone 21 data to you.
Weapons have a price, one that you intend to lower so I see that we have to put in something of our own. I'm willing to give you the location to the entrance points into Alaska and Virginia. That should also help you determine and guess the LSF and Navy patrol movements within Liberty that go toward those points.
Right, we're finally getting somewhere. Firstly I apologize for the long delay, but I've recently had to overcome some political issues, paperwork and general field operations that I wish I did more of the latter...
Thats besides the point, obviously you've come across the news that we've recently are having struggles with the GMG within our Sigma-borders. This means that most of the federal military and war attention will be facing them, this includes us. But this isn't bad for you, more or less a better situation for you actually.
Since the military will be pre-occupied with facing the opponents that the GMG are willing to send us, you should be finding any distractions or involvement from Rheinland will decrease within the Bering system or our territories bordering it. Concerning the NEMP launcher, I think I know a source of funds somewhere that can be wired to you within a few days or so but I have absolutely no involvement to any of the targets that you hit unless they're green and have the flag of the Federal Republic of Rheinland.
Now, the names Alaska and Virginia is something that hasn't come across my desk before. We've only had whispers of that name but we thought that was some sort of any concrete idea of what those areas are used for.

I was starting to wonder if you would cease working with me. But I guess we are all busy fighting. I haven't been this busy in all my career. If only it wouldn't require working with so many of the underground to put it nicely. Working with the BDM is nearly reminding me of what normality feels like.
But then we have to make some hidden transfer and the illusion falls apart. Doesn't matter, we can't afford to stop this. The current possible targets for bombings are all within Liberty. So you can rest assured it won't harm the Rheinland people.
I would have expected honestly that those names would have at least reached you, if not the contents of the systems. Now I wouldn't know everything about these systems myself but our unique situation allowed us to gather more than we should.
Now you probably know yourself that I will hardly give up everything we have. Still I can give you some basic information. I believe allowing you to cross reference and investigate those names should give you a huge advantage.
Alaska or Zone 21 is a rather remote system. There is few entries and it is heavily guarded by both Navy and LSF forces. Everything entering the entry field or the system itself will be shot on sight, no questions asked. Similar treatment will be brought upon those venturing too far into Virginia. I believe by now you should be aware of the system, considering the jumpgate to it is not really hidden anymore. It has been recently finished within Texas. Though it is well guarded inside, but not as well as Alaska.
I am sure you will ask once you need to know more.
For now, when can we count on your support to strike Liberty?
I'd have to thank you for the intelligence that you've provided on Alaska, but as you've previously stated, its defenses might be too much for us to covertly enter. We'll keep eyes on Zone-21 and hopefully gain more intel on Alaska in the future. If you do get any intel or rumors on it, please inform me, it would be beneficial to our mutual trust.
