Crossfire mod compatible with Freelancer campaign?

I think I shall play the vanilla campaign before seeing what Crossfire's campaign is all about =S

- from Stolt, forgot I was logged into this account for a second

Be warned that you'd then have to play the whole vanilla Campaign again to access the crossfire story (which starts when vanilla ends) as your vanilla saves will not work with Crossfire. Or at least they didn't last time I checked.
