Aloha everyone, once I reinstall windows I started to have lags(20-30secs) then everything backs to normal for a min, then again. Before the reinstallation I didn't have such problem(only if everyone around weren't watching movies). And now I can't connect to the server: https://imgur.com/a/AvIlK but the server shows 80-100 ping, what is normal to me. Today I had lags(before the inability to connect) but youtube could load vids in 720 or 1080 without any delays.
So if anyone can help me, help.) You'll be rewarded

I'd say this is a routing issue, but I'm not sure. Do me a favor.

Press Win-R and type CMD. from there, I want you to type "tracert 195.154.48.240" without quotes. This will run a traceroute to the server, analyzing how long it takes for your data to go from every server between where you live to the Discovery server. Post the results here. If there's nothing wrong there, then I'd say you need to update Ethernet Drivers, as it may be windows not being able to optimally handle data from your ethernet controller.
