Since the beginning of our history, Budschuh been facing different challenges along with our main goal. And - no matter what - we've been doing our best to keep up with those challenges with the forces we had avaliable, sometimes - successful, sometimes - we failed. But, even in fail - we were chasing after completing it with best results.
Right now, we are facing one of these challenges.
The Munich Disaster. A nightmare that struck through all the Rheinland and became famous all around Sirius.
A whole system left to be torn apart, millions of people - to slowly witness their end.
And nor Bundestag, nor the corporations that are known to be responsible for the system's fate - are not going to do anything.
Due to meeting the eyewitness of The Munich Disaster - i have managed to unveil the truth and realise, where should we seek further.
Valuable data have been extracted from The Augsburg Wreck - station that were the first to face Dark Matter Storm.
Based on the extracted and processed data me accompanied with herr Albert Weis have to a conclusion that further development of existing theory of wormholes with gravity wells large enough are able to partially reverse the process of growing of the Dark Matter storm.
I have to acknowledge - we can't take this challenge on ourselves.
That's why we are counting on your assistance. Existing plan includes few steps, and the first one will be to build a scientific recon vessel that is capable of survivng the harsh enviroment of Dark Matter storm and retrieve what we need to start our expirements:
Four intact alien artifacts, similiar to those that were used back then, in the experiment of creating a source of energy based on Dark Matter, which have caused... The Munich Disaster.
But let us stop at the first step. According to our calculations, constructing such vessel will require the following materials:
12.000 Hull Panels - the basis of any vessel, we can't go along without them.
5.000 Engine Parts - we might want the vessel to have simple but reliable engines able to stay fully functional in even the most extreme enviroments.
12.000 Critical-temperature alloy - additional hull fortifications is a must due to the specification of our task.
15.000 Industrial Hardware - all the machinery inside must be simple but reliable as well.
8.000 Optronics - we need the best computers we can afford, protected from Dark Matter storm interferations.
We are willing to provide all the listed materials and any required data that your engineers might need in process to make that vessel as durable and reliable as possible to survive the extreme conditions of Dark Matter storm.

while I understand the urgency of the matter, I'd prefer not to skip all of the formalities. So far there has been no encounters between the ORG and the DWR, at least none the I know of. I don't know much about your organization apart from it being part of the Bundschuh, a movement I personally highly respect. Although I can already guarantee our assistance in this matter, I'd still highly appreciate some additional information about the organization I'm dealing with as well as the people working for it. Due to recent projects we've been working on, the ORG already has a good understanding of dark matter and I'll be calling in a meeting with the scientists most experienced in this matter. At the early beginnings our was known as a small strike craft squadron that consisted of only six fighters and gunboats and was formed by 820 A.S. - the time when the conflict between Rheinland and Liberty grew into full-scale war with Republic of Liberty switly advancing towards the Bundestag borders. That squadron were mostly performing guerilla warfare against the Rheinwehr forces in Hamburg system, after the gates to Bering were destroyed by Rheinland Military.
Soon after the conflict have ended - Die Weibe Rose focused on becoming a sufficient political force among Bundschuh, but these attempts have failed several times, so we have started to act slow but steady, mostly trying our efforts in shadows - not to be treated as traitors. We've been looking for any support among aktivisten of Bundschuh, awaiting for the right moment to rise for leadership.
The initial opportunity showed in 823 A.S., with disappearance of Oberst of the current leading party, some other key figures, which caused Bundschuh divide themselves more and more as the time were passing, smaller split groups all were proposing to lead the faction to a 'brighter future'. This was our moment to make ourselves known, and due to our slow, steady and stealthy tactics on gathering support amongst aktivisten - we had a slight numerical advantage over smaller parties when we 'stepped out of shadows to the light.'
In the next few months our influence inside the organisation along with uncompetent competitors and significant military successful victories against the Rheinwehr only increased our support among our ranks even more.
At this current moment we pursue goals of overthrowing the Bundestag government to establish a social democratic state, formed under our political principles and establishing any required relations, along with some minor goals - like, for example, securing the civilians in Munich, getting as many allies as possible, prevent Corsairs from advancing into Frankfurt and Sigmas, along with keeping Bundschuh technologically advanced.

that answers all my questions, thank you for the introduction, but let's get to the business of this urgent matter. I just returned from a meeting with one of my top scientists, the material list you mentioned was incomplete so I will attach a revised version below. Now there is one remaining question, is your organization in possession of facilities, capable of construction this vessel?
These are required additionally to the materials listed in the original transmission. 10.000 Units of Ablative Armor Plating
5.000 Units of Boron
5.000 Units of Gadolinium
4.000 Units of Gold
The Critical-temperature alloy is no longer needed, heat wasn't a problem in the first place. You may also deduct 4.000 Units of Hull Plating due to the new Armor. To keep things simple and understandable, we need to make an Alloy out of the Boron, Gadolinium and Gold that will be used together with the Ablative Armor Plating. The Armor Plating will disperse the damage so that the Alloy can completely nullify it.

I have rearranged my neural net entry regarding materials required for the construction. Now - straight to your question. Do Bundschuh have any facilities capable of constructing 'Corvo'-class ship? The anwser is no. Things would go smooth if we would face a task of constructing a vessel of a smaller scale - any of our bases have the necessary equipment and machinery for the construction, and what we don't have - can be obtained through the market. But in constructing larger vessels, necessarity in which ones have revealed itself just now - we usually rely on the assistance of our allies, providing the required materials for the construction of the vessel. It's a new method for organisation - but it have already proven itself efficient, and i expect Omicron Research Group to assign their engineers and a shipyard module for the construction of the designated vessel - after all the materials will be delievered to the location i expect you to specify in your response.
Meanwhile, while you are doing all the prepartions - i will arrange the necessary formalities from my side to make sure that everything will go smooth and no overlaps will happen in our agreement.

we are already readying up a bay on Fort Carthage, the Order-shipyard in the Omicron Epsilon system. All materials are therefore to be delivered directly to the station, our engineers and scientists are already working on the details for the vessel. The construction of the vessel will begin once all the preparations aboard the station have been met and you will be given access to all documents regarding this project.
