Hi There My Two Timing 'Friends',

I was under the impression the Order had spoke to the Captain of the vessel about not loitering around the Freeport, and how it was going to be sent away from Delta as to not cause problems. Yet I have this wonderful report on my desk showing not only that the Colony Vessel is still within the area of Delta, still pretending to defend the Freeport, and obviously not leaving Delta.

How many times in one month can we expect the Order to lie blatantly to the Confederation?
