Origin: Nomad Worlds, Omicron Epsilon, Fort Carthage. Subject Specifics: Construction of Projekt 'Himmel'. Guten Tag. I am Hauptmann Albert Weis, current overseer of Projekt Himmel. While I had my associate, Kommandant von Degurechaff, conduct much of the shipping and relations with you, she seems to have forgotten a few details, such as completely failing to inform you of a rather large ship we are building at Fort Carthage. Due to this, I am offering my sincerest apologies for her poor conduct with communications, and for my failure for not realizing this sooner.
Since this is only coming to light now, allow me to explain the specifics of this project. Himmel is a prototype research ship, currently being constructed on Fort Carthage as a joint project between Die Weiße Rose and your Omicron Research Group. It has the basic layout of a "Corvo" Civilian Explorer, but is being adapted to deal with extreme radiation and dark matter. It also has several automated drones meant to conduct planetary surveys on uninhabitable worlds, as well as an advanced defense array.
The main purpose of this project is to clean up the mess left behind from the infamous Munich Disaster 6 years ago, before it destroys all life on Planet Nuremberg. For this, we will need to gather far more data before we can even think about proceeding with the main part of our plan. This is why we need Himmel: To act as our main research vessel and as a gateway to our success.
To continue this, we need your permission. We already have everything and everyone needed to build it, but not the proper authorization. I hereby ask you to grant us permission to continue with Projekt Himmel, so that our efforts to save lives does not end in vain.
