He asked me to approach you and offer my help. If there is anything that needs to be done within Kusari, preferably in proximity of Honshū, or in the Sigma Sector, please do not hesitate to get us involved as another party. We never had much ships to spare. Nevertheless we wish to help our old friends, probably our economical ties could prove to be more useful to the Order though. I hope that you did not forget about my family's past with the Order and in return would help us with a few matters.

Hakkera clan

Internal politics of our allies are not our concern, so far as peace is held and treaties obeyed. It is however pleasing to hear that it is not intention to get us involved, on other hand extending assistance. There is in fact something you may be capable of doing for us.

Namely, the shifting nature of young democracies such as Kusari make it difficult to directly observe administrations processes of the State. Loyalties and people in charge may alter at a whim, any form of control and invigilation consumes more time and money. Hakkera clan per tradition is one unchanging column of Kusari society that is close to power. Any shifts in allegiances, events and decisions that Order should be aware of is valuable intelligence to us. The Sigma threatre, Kyushu civil war and news concerning the Nagano campaign are of use to both of our movements.

Other than co-operation with our Intel "Wedjat", your estate and logistics on Akabat are very much welcome addition and are free to carry on business as they go without any hindrance from Order forces.
