I am Alexander Cordoba, Elder of Apostatas and head of the Cordoba family. I come today on behalf of Apostatas. We are making contact at this time as we believe that our people and the Kingdom of Gallia may have some common interests and goals. How much would depend on our talks.
We would like to start diplomatic talks and maybe even more than that....

does every Corsair family now thinks that their duty is to contact us? We have ongoing work with the groups of "Brotherhood" and "Custodi". So unless you are able to offer us something special, the Crown is not having a high interest in you and your Apostatas.
It is a shame to hear this...You see me and my people are not in league with TBH or Custodi and thus we are unaware of any communique that they might have had with you. Might I also add that "Apostatas" is not just part of a simple Corsair family...We have a rather unique standing and view point on the matters of the Corsairs. We wish to modernize the Corsairs and break the more "barbaric" part of our society. Thus we need external help and technology for our people and economy.
Commandant...I must say that I am also caught off guard by the fact the Royal Navy responded, I was not aware that the Gallic Navy was handling all diplomatic or foreign matters.
As the council of Apostatas wishes to engage in talks regarding trade, we were hoping that a representative from the Royal court would respond.. But I understand that coming into contact with my people requires a rather strong hand as yourself.
I won't play coy with you Commandant, we have yet to find something to offer your Kingdom regarding materials. We have plans to solve this in the future but until then we can only do one thing...
The Apostatas fleet is deployed on the Bretonian border around the Omegas and we have been putting pressure on their trade routes and supplies. We are at war with these dogs same as the Gallic Kingdom.
We are also fully aware of the Gallic might that is pounding the Bretonians from Leeds and as such we have one thing to offer the Gallic Navy at this point. Military support. Hopefully this could improve relations and maybe be developed to something else or more.
If this does not suffice then please elaborate on what you might need or want and we will look into the matter.
