Yes, ordinary ganks are bad. Only uberganks are good for Disco. For example:

1. if 10 noobs lose all ships to 5 aces and 5 aces walk away happily unscratched - 10 noobs will wish to leave Disco and just 5 players will stay and play tomorrow. Disco dies. I tried and it's bad.
2. but if 10 aces devastate 5 noobs, only 5 players will want to leave Disco and 10 will stay.

So... uberganks make Disco grow double rate. But, there is a problem. Aces must fly against the same number of noobs, or they would lose mojo. So, without uberganks, Disco stays as it is. And it can't die too.

So, who to (beep) are those 28 pussycats voting against ganks?!
