I'm Mei Ayasato from clan Watanabe. We've met before, though very briefly. I heard from my fellow brothers and sisters that you're a brilliant engineer and a good friend of the Dragons. I've come to you with a request to help the Watanabe clan with a certain project and later the Blood Dragons as a whole.
In essence, our clan is rebuilding a captured Tokugawa-class vessel from a long time ago -- Battleship Yamato. We have asked Lane Hackers for help, and their expertise identified that the biggest problem lies in the ship's power system, which cannot be fixed and has to be reconstructed from scratch, and that alone requires either Tokugawa blueprints or Yamato's schematics, both of which we don't have.
Although, we did make a detailed scan of the grand vessel and my request comes as such -- could the scan help you create precise schematics of the Yamato? Of course, you stand to gain great rewards and even more honour and reverence if you decide to help us.
It is an honor to be contacted by a representative from the Watanabe clan.
Oh, that will be a fairly complicated task to accomplish, but not an impossible one. I will take a look over the data you have sent me, I think we could use my own ship's power grid blueprints for this project. Nevertheless, I might need to look over the Togo-class power grid blueprints; this only if we will encounter any tech compatibility issues.
It is my honor to offer my help and expertise for the Blood Dragon Shogun,
Prof. Nerva Regis
The honour is ours. Your willingness to help is appreciated.
Let me know if you'll need Togo's schematics in advance, I will have time to contact my Shogun to ask for ones from the main fleet.
Thought of sending you a small update. Also, I would like to inform you that I will need to take a look at Togo's power grid Schematics. Could you please see if that might be arranged?
I've asked the Shogunate to arrange a temporary access to Mito Shipyards for you to take a look at Togo's schematics. I can now escort you there at the earliest convenience. If you will need anything else — feel free to ask.
I'm happy to have provided you with the schematics and thankful for the many beverages you shared with me! Honestly, I wanted to spend a little more time with you, but I understand you were in a hurry.
After analyzing the data received from the engineers at Mito, I started working on analyzing them. I am glad to inform you that I managed to finish the schematics for the power grid. Furthermore, your engineers should not have any problems in building them since I've made only small changes that are aimed at improving the original Togo power grid.
