I am Lieutenant Mary Taylor of Battlegroup Harmony.
Today I witnessed one of your ships keeping an entire group of Unioners in check with these new FEUERBALL weapons that we've never seen before.
Now while I don't approve of combat so close to the Freeport and against our suppliers nonetheless, we are more interested in the weapons or rather if it were possible to acquire the blueprints for these.
We cannot keep ourselves from gaining an edge against the Navy and their supporters. If two mercenary fighters are enough to give the Unioners trouble I can imagine us doing quite a bit of damage to the Navy. Though we're willing to pay you and of course they won't know you supplied us with these blueprints.

Miss Taylor,
I see you've met Garrus. As you've seen our little field test, I see no reason to lie to you.
The FEUERBALL prototypes you saw us using are extremely effective weapons, and designed for interdiction and elimination, capable of discharging enormous amounts of energy per shot, tearing through armor and shields alike with ease. Perhaps their only shortcoming is that the amount of heat they emit while doing so is enough to warp the barrels of the cannons unless stringently controlled. This is why all Forlorn variants of the prototype are designed with a inbuilt limiter to aid the pilot in managing the temperature build up.
Now, I get that you don't like the fact that we're hunting your... friends... inside your territory no less, but it's unlikely that we will cease our operations against them. In fact, I'm willing to go so far as to say that we'll respect your rules and laws to not fight around the Freeport and your installations, but we'll continue operations elsewhere.
If you want the blueprints, I can share them, and our modifications to them, but as with all things, it's not going to be free, as I'm sure you expected.
So, if you still want them after all that, let me know.
thank you for being so cooperative within Bering. It seems you made the local Unioners quite upset. That shouldn't stop us from doing business though.
Of course we respect that those schematics and blueprints won't come free and we're willing to pay them. What are they worth to you? You seem to have run more than just that one field test so I am sure you have suggestions on how to further improve onto the design or the manufacturing?

Miss Taylor,
Please, Nick or Stenn. No need to be so formal.
I'll share the blueprints with you, free of charge, including our modifications. In return, Harmony doesn't disrupt our operations. To keep that easy, we won't start any fights around your installations. Anywhere else, it's open season.
I do have a suggestion for improving the weapons lifetime, and that would be making use of a nacrathite reflection array. Its likely to last longer while keeping energy dispersion high.
That is a truly generous offer you're proposing there. And I'd be stupid not to take it.
But while we appreciate it and your promise to stay away from our installations I have to ask of you to note that while in a Military system we have to ask you to acknowledge, our regulations regarding the area.
We are truly interested in building a prototype and improving it with your suggestions. We still have some Narcrahtite stored. It is worth a try.
