I am almost as unsure why you were safekeeping a human heart for no reason as I am for being the apparent person you have chosen to turn to. I suppose one cannot attempt to make sense of randomness.

If they wronged you, there can be no clearer response than killing one of their pilots and broadcasting the aftermath of your reprisal. If you wish to take up arms against Rheinland, I can help you. But if you wish to complain about it to me, I cannot. There is no better retaliation than a personal one.

Should you find yourself needing support against the scum that comprises the state, you may count on our people to shoot them alongside you, but remain polite towards the Hessians, Rheinland is their home and domain.

Heisenberg is an inconspicuous and remote station that can most definitely house you for the duration of your stay in Rheinland. If this proves insufficient in your potential fights against the Military and their assorted thugs, I will request the Hessians to grant you clearance upon select stations of theirs.
