First of all, I hope you and your crew are doing well.

Secondly, I come to you to ask a favor of you. Now, I know you guys are independent junkers through Honya, she informed me of this when I brought this up to her - But as I'll be leaving Freeport 11 soon - to pursue personal endeavors that go beyond the safe interests of a Freeport Administrator, I need to have Dragostea refitted and modified extensively. My contacts in Auxesia suggested that I get in touch with the Junkers. As such, I'm coming to you to see if you have contacts in the Congress that could set me up to have Dragostea undergo its' refit.

As much as I'd love to help you out in this situation...I can't. I have no connections with the Junker Congress. Its one of the few I don't. The only decent connection I do have are with the Unioners, where I and my Liner currently reside.
I'll try to speak with the Congress, maybe I can sort out a deal. If that won't work out...well...you can either look for someone else, either wait for my plans of building a station in Puerto Rico or Bering which is however unlikely.

Short summary: I talk to the Congress and the Unioners if they can help OR you wait a little more for the Station. If none of these three solutions end up successful, then you'll have to look for someone else.

Seems like Junker Congress has died off...no word from them. Which means your plan with them has failed. I have taken my plan B and placed a Small sized station in the [REDACTED], [REDACTED]. Currently, it has no drydocks, only mooring fixtures on the rear. However,
