I would really want to date up all the Kusari stuff so far, but I do not have enogth information to that. First of all - the civil war is over and the nowadays Kusari is a mix of both, but there are serval pionts where they were so different so I quest for the following thing:
-What is the offical Name? Kusari Empire, Kusari Republic, or even something else what would be better, so we can just declear both sides as historical.
-What about the political: Is Kusari now a monachy, a democratic republic or a democratic monachy (what seems the best) and who is the the leaser (Emperor, MP, Pres.)
-What is the diplomatic view?
-The Imerpials were strong enemies of Gallia since they came out of isolation, but the Republicans were something beween neutral trading partners and defending allies.
-What about the Ryukuy Commonwealth/Gas Miners Guild with their conflicts in the Sigmas with Samura and Rheinland? Kusari and Rheinland were always friends since the sigmas are not Kusaris space. Has Kusari also a claim on Sigma 21? Does Kusari ignore the capturing of Sigma's 17 planet (forget the name)?
-Imperial Navy Ships: Are these ships still in use?

1) Kusari Empire
2) More like democratic monarchy, PM in charge and Emperor as a titular leader.
3) Diplomatic view on what/who exactly? There were no changes regarding that for now, planned for the future, maybe someone who previously was hostile will become neutral.
4) No war with Gallia, it is economically not profitable and will destabilize the House again.
5) Ryukuy Commonwealth? Never heard. GMG is still neutral, tensions may arise in the future, no official statement regarding Kurile (planet in S-17) since gov was busy with the reformation.
6) No official statement regarding the Sigma-21, yet (as I remember), Kusari considers it as territorial expansion system so tensions may rise with Rheinland(currently friendly/allied) if they won't calm down on sigma-15.
7) Ships are still present. Can be purchased on two BSes that previously were IKN.

I think he means everyone/everything towards whom/which the imperials and the republicans had a different diplomatic stance. He is not the only one interested about that though.

Ku Gov is still working on that, don't expect enemies of Gallia crown to be freely allowed in Kusari, it won't happen for sure.
Republic was hostile to certain factions that Gallia hate and that are in the Tau region, IKN was allied to them.
Best case scenario Kusari Empire will make some under table deals with those factions, more realistic scenario just ceasefire.

It is not the same Empire, not the same Emperor, so don't expect instant war with Gallia, it may not happen at all.

One last question from my side: I would also creat the wiki page Kusari-Civil-War by coping the style from the Tau War but I have no idea about the exact troop numbers on both sides.
