Officers,
Several days ago Deckman Kaleb Minston of the Merchant Navy sent a report about two illegal stations to you. For one, named "Foreign Aid", we received a deconstruction order yesterday, and it was dismantled today. However, we have not been notified that any action was taken about the second one, named "Tipperary Workshop", so we though you had problems finding it due to its location. Today the Deckman led me to it, and I was able to establish that it was in the G2 sector of Dublin, about 42K below the system plane, approximately 35K below BMM-Goldgeist. You will receive the details about the exact position in the attachment below.
Such a remote and unregistered installation could be a spying outpost. It is flashing green, but that is obviously a disguise, since it does not allow the BAF to dock or moor. Please inform us if we should take action.
Thank you for the information on the Illegal Base, Foreign Aid.
As for the Establishment, Tipperary Workshop, we are currently in communication with the apparent Owner. He claims to be the Captain of HMS-Redemption, one of your Secondary Fleet Ships.
We have enclosed the recent Communication to the aforementioned person, which can be found in the link, below:
