My name's Sandra Carter, an' I'm a Congresswoman fer the Junker's Congress. It's good 'ya meet'ch'all! I've heard ya'll are a group've folks who're known 'ta get things done! The Congress is lookin' in'ta havin' a third party assist us with one'a our current haulin' contracts, an' yer folks' group got brought up. As such, I've been given the task've reachin' out 'ta ya'll 'ta see if'n yer interested in makin' a few extra clean credits.
A base known as Secret Valley Workshop has recently opened up business in Bretonia, specifically within sector E-3, along the "southern" edge've the Devon Asteroid Field. We've been workin' hard 'ta help 'em build up a legally legitimate establishment that offers a few different ores fer sale - Cobalt an' Gold Ore, primarily, which gives us a good return route back 'ta Liberty, fer those've us who haul Premium Scrap 'ta Sprague in the Omegas.
Anyways, before I ramble on too far, lemme touch base on the roadblock we're facin' right now with the Secret Valley.
Our contractor's gone an' requested a total've 40,000 Optronic Arrays from us. Normally, an amount like this wouldn't be a problem. Trouble is, Kusari's the only place known fer producin' the darn things, an' as everyone knows, Junkers cain't exactly mosey on in'ta Kusari without any hassle. So, we're hopin' that maybe someone with a bit more freedom 'ta operate within Kusari could help us out - A group've folks who're known for hyper-spatial travel?
The Junker's Congress is prepared 'ta offer 40,000,000 credits fer movin' those 40,000 Optronic Arrays, on top've what the Workshop's dock workers'll hand ya'll fer each unit (3,250 credits per Array). Proof've pick up an' delivery is required 'ere; that's somethin' our contractor requested, though he didn't specify exactly on the method'a presentation, so it's a bit flexible, I reckon.
This 'ere Workshop is somethin' I figure both the Junker's Congress an' The Hyperspace People'd benefit from, seein' as how I noticed ya'll were recently granted dockin' rights on Port Reys in Texas. It's a right decent lil' back'n forth, I figure, plus Premium Scrap an' Cobalt Ore're clean, safe credits 'ta be made! (Not to mention, Sprague's in need've the scrap fer refugee shelters due to the war with Gallia).

So it is optronics you fellows need, and in Kusari too. I can appreciate the unique nature of the Congress's predicament. We would be all too happy to accept your offer of "clean" credits and take up this supply contract for the Secret Valley Workshop. As is a well worn saying amongst the Senior Staff, "where orthodoxy fails to reap, turn instead to the raving man in the corner for answers", we can certainly fill the gap where more mainstream avenues of supply have been found wanting. If you can patch us through to the requisite channels where we can report on delivered shipments, I will begin disseminating orders to my subordinate transport captains and fellow merchanteers to begin shipping.

Those optronic array shipments from Honshu that you were in a spot of bother with acquiring have been delivered to the Secret Valley Workshop in New London. You will find evidence of the completed shipments in the attachment above. Their engineers certainly looked happy to see them. Now to formalising the matter of compensation. In terms of the payment of forty million credits, I request that you wire it to this account THP|Ayato's.Trust.Fund.
