As treasurer to the Shogunate, it is my duty to ensure that all expected funds reach our coffers, although I am delighted to say that the agreed amounts have been coming in from IMG ever since the agreement was established late August 819 A.S. I am concerned that we haven't heard from you in quite some time. I am a firm believer in equivalent exchange and as it stands our scales remain unbalanced, your continued support albeit behind the scenes has been of monumental importance to us.
I would like to reiterate the welcomeness of IMG convoys in Chugoku and our surrounding systems and the Dragons willingness to assist you with any tasks of which we are capable. We look forward to hearing from you and maybe assisting with your operations in Tau 37.
