Report:
Our patrol was in Zurich today.
We found there two Bases; the Colongne Gate Construction Site and the Davos Base.
The Davos Base seems to belong to a Group called "Unioners". We have arrested some of them and will bring them to the Fleury-Merogis Prison Station for questioning.
The Colongne Gate Construction Site is an EFFL-Base and thereb are some activitys from Enclave-Ships. We should inform the Defense Forces and the Confederal Intelligence about that.
Also we saw a Bretonian Trader but lost im in Zurich. It seems like he jumed through a Jumphole to an unknown System called Colongne.
I'll inform the Confederal Intelligence About the Jumphole.

I was transferring the PN | Blanc from Picardy to Dauphine when I noticed a Zoner trader in Ile-de-France. The ship named Tom_Araya had loaded contraband according to my sensors. The ship did not respond to the request to stop, and the use of various cruise distrubtors remained unanswered. Instead, the ship tried to escape until I could put it in Dauphine. Here, too, further attempts to persuade the ship to stop were ineffective, so that I was forced to destroy the ship.

After that, I docked at Gap Station to stock up on ammunition when I noticed another unusual ship.
The MAE | Emile.Lavoisier was equipped with a Bounty Hunter Very Heavy Fighter Powerplant, which caught my attention.
The ship followed my request to stop for a cargo scan and I found Stabiline in its hold, contraband.
When I spoke to the pilot about this, the pilot claimed that it was legal. Due to the currently difficult legal situation, I just wanted to warn him not to do this again until there are clear laws.
The pilot then started a completely unnecessary discussion that the old laws would not apply to him, since they applied to the old House of Gallia.
When the pilot put me on the same level as a criminal, I gave him a small fine, which he really wanted to discuss further. I then doubled the sentence because the pilot repeated the rude comparison with a member of the Union Corse.
He then paid the fine in excessive amounts (the full amount of 12 million credits will of course be transferred to the city treasury), whereupon I let him fly.

It should be noted here that the pilot suggested that the Minarchy of Provance wanted to become independent. I therefore recommend that this information be forwarded to the Office of Confederal Intelligence for further investigation.

After that I used the PN | Blanc at its destination, where it is now ready to be rearranged.

Report:
I was on a patrol flight in Languedoc and was at the allegedly abandoned Kerguelen Fabrication Facility.
At this station I noticed Enclave-Transport, who wanted to dock with the base.

From the communication with the transport, it can be concluded that the base is supported by the enclaves, even if the ownership of the base was denied by the transporter pilot.
