Today I got report from one of our logistics vessel CPS "Pskov" as to an interesting encounter in Omega 49 system. From our preliminary analysis, it appears that the cloaked vessel in question was of the Outcasts. As you can see from the record of the conversation, their organisation shares suspicious interest in planet Braillia and former "Reapers of Sirius". I commend the pilot for not letting out the information on our current undertakings on Braillia's surface, terraforming and counter-guerilla war against the remnants of the Reapers.
After the discussion withing SCEC, we believe we can prepare a fake report for them on the status of Braillia to suppress their ill interest. Otherwise, Braillia is heavily patrolled and protected by the Coalition forces after the withdrawal of the Corsairs from the system. Yet, we defer the course of action to SCRA HC and do request the inquiry of His Watchful Eye into the matter. We will also dispatch "Sipukha" agents to the end of studying who these "Harpy" group are and what is the cause of their interest in the planet. The transcript of the conversation can be found below.
